of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the
Falcon F. Paulling his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
the following described lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: Commencing at the North West
corner of section Twenty four in Township 11 South Range 21 East
thence East on Section line thirty six chains and thirty six links to
place of beginning thence South four chains thence South 70° West twelve
chains and fifty links then South 8° west thirty three chains Thence
south 85° East ten chains and thirty six links thence North 1° West four
chains and seventy five links thence North 32° East two chains; thence
North 64° East four chains; Thence North 85° East three chains; thence
North 2° west twenty chains and thirty seven links thence East three
chains and fifty four links, thence North thirteen chains and sixty three
links thence West on Section line nineteen chains and fifty four links back
to place of beginning containing seventy five and 60/100 acres more or less.
To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and described premises
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said Falcon F.
Paulling his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever. And the said for and for heirs executors
administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and
with the said that will and his executors administrators and assigns
shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above described premises
against all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same.
