T.H. Bevill To I.E. Burnett
                   Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I T.H. Bevill
Alachua County   } party of the first part of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of One hundred fifty five dollars to me
in hand paid by I.E. Burnett party of the second part of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold & conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto her the said I.E. Burnett undivided half interest of
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: Section 28 Township 9 S of Range 19 East
containing six hundred and thirty nine 60/100 acres more or less; Also the
North West 1/4 of the North East 1/4 of Sec 21 also the East 1/2 of the North West 1/4
and the South West 1/4 of the North East 1/4 sec 21; Also the North East 1/4
of the North East 1/4 and the North 1/2 of the South West 1/4 Sec 21 Township 10
South of Range 22 East containing Three hundred and Eighty acres more
or less and containing in the aggregate one thousand and nineteen and 30/100
acres more or less containing by estimation 1019 60/100 acres of land more or less
together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold the
same unto her the said I.E. Burnett party of the second part and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
and I the said T.H. Bevill party of the first part do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said I.E. Burnett party of the second part that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property hereunto and hereby conveyed; and that
I Have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; and that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto her the said I.E. Burnett Party of the second part
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this eighth day of December AD 1881
