                      "Deed"
This Indenture made and Entered into on this the Eighth day 
of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred 
and Eighty one Between the Florida Land and Immigration Company 
a body Corporate under the laws of the State of Florida
party of the first part and Mary Ann Johnson wife of James K.
Johnson of the town of Archer County of Alachua, State
of Florida party of the Second part Witnesseth that the 
Said party of the first part for and in Consideration of 
the Sum of Ninety Dollars lawful Money of the United States 
of America to it in hand paid by the Said party of the Second 
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the 
receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted aliened 
bargained Sold transferred Conveyed and Confirmed and does by these 
presents give grant alien bargain Sell transfer remise release 
Convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the second part 
and to her heirs and assigns forever all that Certain tract or 
parcel of land Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua 
and State of Florida and Known and described on the public 
Maps and records of said State as the North west quarter 
of the South East quarter of the South East quarter of the
South East quarter of Section Seventeen Eleven, South of Range 
Eighteen East Containing two and a half acres more or less 
(NW1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4 Sec 17 T11 R18 E) To Have and to 
hold the above granted bargained and described premises togather 
with all and Singular the rights and privileges immunities Ease
=ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining 
unto the Said party of the Second part and to her heirs and assigns
as her and their absolute property in fee Simple forever and the 
said Florida Land and Immigration Company for itself and 
assigns and for all others Claiming by through or under it 
does Covenant and agree that at the time of the Execution and 
delivery of these presents the said Company is Seized of a 
good and indefeasible fee Simple to the above premises 
and has good right to Convey the Same as it has Conveyed 
the Same free and discharged from all incumbrances and 
liens of any and every Nature and description and that the Said 
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns Shall quietly 
and peaceably and May at all times hereafter have use occupy 
possess and Enjoy the above described premises against all 
persons whatsoever lawfully Claiming the same and that 
it will at any and at all times Make such further Covenants Conveyances 
and Assurances at the Expense of the Said party of the Second 
part as She the Said party of the Second part her heirs and 
Assigns or Counsel learned in the law. In Witness Whereof the
