State of Florida   }
Alachua County     } This Indenture Made the First
                   } day of August Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and Eighty one between Samuel P. Helvingston 
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the first part and Mary Ann Johnson of the same County
and State party of the Second part  Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in Consideration of
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars <$50000> to him
in hand paid by the said party of the Second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given Granted Aleined bargained sold transferred and
do by these presents give grant alein bargain
sell transfer and Convey unto the Said party of the
Second part and after her death to her husband forever
the following described tract of land Viz NE1/4NW1/2
of NW1/4 NE1/4 of NW1/4 Two Hundred and Eighty acres in
Sec 28 T 11 R 18 Knowns as the Blue Peter Place one
Mile and a half south East from the Town of Archer
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditanments
and appurtances thereto belonging and also all the Estate right
title interest property Claim and demand whatsoever  as well
in law as in Equity of the said party of the first part
in and to the Same with the appurtenance  To Have and
To Hold the above described premsises With the
appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
party of the Second part and to her husband James K.
Johnson after her death as his absolute property
in fee Simple forever and the said Samuel P. Helvenston for
