Second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aleined bargained sold transfered and
by these presents give grant alein bargain sell transfer
and Convey unto the said Mary Ann Johnson and to her heirs
administrators and assigns forever all that tract of land
Situate about one mile and a half south East of the Town
of Archer County of Alachua and State of Florida formerly
Known as the Parchman place or better known upon the
public records as the East half of North East quarter
of Section Twenty Nine, South East quarter of section twenty
South half of the South west quarter of Section twenty one
Township Eleven Range Eighteen Containing Two Hundred
acres More or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
and also all the Estate right title interest property claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the Same
with the appurtenances  To Have and To Hold  the
above described premises with the appurtenances thereto
belonging unto Mary Ann Johnson her heirs and Assigns by
their absolute property in fee simple forever and the
Said Johannah Z. Kirby and her husband Thomas Kirby
for themselves and for all others claiming by through or under
them does Covenant and agree that they are lawfully
Seized in fee Simple and in defeasible Estate in and to the
above premises and they have Conveyed the Same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and levies of any
and Every Nature and description Created by them and that
the said Mary Ann Johnson her heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
Claiming by through or under them the said parties
