the Street running East and West on the west by the Street
running North and South on the North by by the line dividing
the land of Tillman Ingram from the Town of Gainesville
Said one half (1/2) Block being one hundred feet (100) North
and South and Two Hundred feet (200) East and West Togather
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and Appurtenances
to the Same belonging or in Anywise Appertaining - To Have
and To Hold the Same with her the Said Esther Endel and to
her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in fee Simple
and Absolute and I the Said Jacob M. Endel do hereby Covenant
and agree to and with the said Esther Endel that I am
lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
Conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to Sell
and Convey the Same, that the Same is free from All encumbrances
of Any Kind Whatsoever and that I will and My heirs Executors
and Administrators and Assigns Shall and will forever warrant
and defend the Same unto her the Said Esther Endel and
to her heirs Executors administrators and Assigns against
the lawful claim and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever Now or hereafter to claim the Same --
