  Alachua County  } Know all Men by these presents
                  that we Lafenter L. Knight
George M. Sharp Susan M. Sharp & Elvina A. Sharp
of the State and County above written in Consideration
of the Sum of Twenty Five Dollars to us paid by James
A. Williams of the Same State and County the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant
bargain Sell & Convey unto the Said James A. Williams
his heirs and assigns all our right title and interest in and to a
Certain tract or parcel of land Situate in the above written
State & County Known and described as follows Viz the S1/2
of SW1/4 of Section 26 Township 7 Range Seventeen and
the N1/2 of NW1/4 of Sec 35 Township 7 Rang 17
Containing 160 acres More or less with all the privalidges
and Appurtenances thereto belonging and for the Consideration
aforesaid I Malinda F. Knight Wife of Said Layfaette
L. Knight do hereby release and quit claim unto the
said James A. Williams his heirs and Assigns all My right
Claim or possibility of Dower in or out of the
afore described premises In Witness Whereof we the said
Lafayette L. Knight, George M. Sharp, Susan M. Sharp
& Elvina A. Sharp and Malinda F. Knight have hereunto set
our hands and Seals this the 2nd day of Nov AD 1881

and deliver the within Deed for the purposes therein
