    Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents
                    that we Mary L. Mixon & her
husband J.B. Mixon of the aforesaid County and
State for and in Consideration of the Sum of one
Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by Mrs Delia
A. Coker of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby Acknowledge have granted
bargained Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto her the Said Mrs Delia A. Coker
all of that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Sit-
uate lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit Commencing at the South west Corner of the
Henry Avera lot in Ropers Addition to the Town of
Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida which is
in section Four (4) Township ten (10) South of Range
Twenty (20) East & which lot is in the Southern part
of lot (11 3/4 Eleven and three fourths by Number As desig
nated on said Map of Ropers Addition and then run North
Two Hundred and Eight (208) feet to a stake the North
west Corner of the Henry Avera lot thence East Fifty
(50) feet to a stake thence South Two hundred and Eight
(208) feet to a stake feet to a stake, thence west (50)
fifty feet to the place of beginning Containing by Estimation
a fraction acre of land More or less the Same being 10400
Square feet Togather with all and Singular the tenements here-
ditaments and Appurtenances to the Same belonging or in Any
wise Appertaining To Have and To Hold the Same unto her
the Said Delia A. Coker and to her heirs Executors Adminis-
trators and assigns in fee Simple and absolute and we the
said Mary L. Mixon & her husband J.B. Mixon do hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the said Delia
A. Coker that they are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we have good
right to Sell and Convey the Same, that the Same is
free from all encumbrances whatsoever and that they will
and their heirs Executors and Administrators Shall and will
forever Warrant and defend the Same unto her the Said
Delia A. Coker and to her heirs Executors Administrators
and Assigns against the lawful Claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever Now Claiming
or hereafter to Claim the Same In Witness Whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
Seals on this 27th day of December AD 1881
