 Alachua County   } Know All Men by these presents that
                  } Tilman Gordon and his wife Elizabeth
Gordon of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for
and in Consideration of the Sum of thirteen hundred and Fifty
Dollars to them in hand paid by Annie E. Bates of the
County and State above written the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and do
by these presents grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the
Said Annie E. Bates her heirs Executors Administrators
and Assigns forever the following described lots or
parcels of land Situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida to wit the SE1/4 of
the SE1/4 of Section three the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec
=tion two the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section Eleven and
a part of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section Eleven
better described as follows beginning at the North
west Corner of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section
Eleven, thence South 18 Chains into Lake, thence
beginning again at place of beginning thence East
940 Chains to Corner: Thence S 27° 30' W 6.5"
Chains to Corner thence South 17° W 13.50 Chains
into lake all in Township 11 South of Rang 22 East
Containing One Hundred and Twenty Nine 50/100 Acres
More or less To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises Togather with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and Appurtenances to the
Said Annie E. Bates her heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns in fee Simple Absolute forever And the
Said Tilman Gordon and Elizabeth Gordon for
themselves and for their heirs Executors administrators and
assigns do Covenant and agree to and with the Said
Annie E. Bates that they will and their heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns Shall forever Warrant and
defend the title to the above described premises
against All and every person Whomsoever lawfully
Claiming the Same In Witness Whereof they have
hereto Set their hands and Affixed their Seals on
this 18th day of October AD 1881
