assessments and in cumbrances of what nature and kind soever.
and the said Sidney Bryan for herself and her heirs the above described and
hereby granted and released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns against the said party of the first part and her heirs and against all
and every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same
shall and will warrant, and by these presents defend.

Know All Men by these presents that I Mary R. Morrison
of Alachua County and State of Florida in Consideration of
Three hundred Dollars lawful Money of the United States
to Me paid by Benjamin P. Boulware (Miller) in County
and State aforesaid the receipt is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give, grant, bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said
Benjamin P. Boulware the North West the North west quarter
of the NW1/4 of Section twenty Six Township Ten 10 South
Range twenty two East: Excepting five (5) acres in the South
west Corner of Said quarter Marked out by a Survey as
follows, Beginning at the South west Corner of said North
west quarter thence East Six hundred feet thence North
three hundred and Sixty three feet thence west Six hundred feet
thence South Six hundred and Sixty three feet back to place
