hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in
anywise appertaining to the Said William P. Boulware his
heirs Executors administrators and assigns in fee simple abso
=lute forever and the Said Benjamin P. Boulware and his wife Sarah
M. Boulware for themselves and for their heirs Executors ad-
-Ministrators and Assigns do Covenant and agree to and with the
said William P. Boulware that they will and their heirs Executors
administrators forever Warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises against all and Every person whomsoever
lawfully Claiming the Same In Witness Whereof they have hereunto

that She renounced and relinquished all her dower and right of

veyance and that She did the Same freely and Voluntarily and without any
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
