   Columbus J. Morrison Et al to Benjamin P. Boulware
                        "Deed"
Know all Men by these presents that we Columbus J. Morrison
(farmer) Mary R. Morrison and High A. Morrison (her lawful
husband) all of the State and County above written for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Thirty one Hundred ($3100) dollars
to us paid by Benjamin P. Boulware (Millir) in the County and
State aforesaid the receipt is hereby acknowledged do hereby
give grant bargain sell and Convey unto Benjamin P. Boulware
the South west quarter (1/4) of the South west quarter (1/4) all of the
west half of the South East quarter (1/4) of the South west quarter (1/4)
bounded on the East by the East bank of little Orange Creek Mill
house and East bank of Mill Pond and thirty one hundredths 31/100 of an
acre for Mill Yard described as follows, beginning at the
South East Corner of the South East quarter (1/4) of the South
west quarter (1/4) thence North Sixty Nine 69° degrees west twelve
(12) Chains thence South sixty one 61° degrees west two Chains
and sixty two links (2.62) to Mill *ace Corner of said lots
Thence North (48°) forty Eight degrees East two Chains and
thirty links (2.30) to Corner: thence North five (5°) degrees
East one Chain and Seventy Six links (1.76) to Corner. Thence North
Seventy five degrees and thirty Minutes (75° 30') West, one Chain and
forty two links (1.42) to Corner to Corner at Mill pond all in
Section twenty five (25) Township Ten (10) South Range Twenty
two (22) East Containing in all fifty five acres and Eighty three
hundredths (55.83) More or less To Have and To Hold the above
granted bargained and described premises Togather with All
and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in Anywise Appertaining to the Said
Benjamin P. Boulware his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns in fee Simple Absolute forever and the Said Columbus
J. Morrison and his wife Sarah M. Morrison, Mary R. Morrison and
her husband Hugh A. Morrison for themselves and for their heirs Ex
ecutors administrators and assigns do Covenant and agree to and with the
Said Benjamin P. Boulware that we will and our heirs Executors adminis
