This Indenture Made the thirteenth day of of October Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty one between John T.
Fleming administrator Debonis Non for the Estate of James
F. Garvin Deceased party of the first part and Morgan P. Butler
of the Same County (Alachua) party of the Second part Witnesseth
that the Said party of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Seventy Five Dollars to Me in hand paid by
Money and receipt of James F. Garvin Deceased by the Said
party of the Second part the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge hath given granted aliened barrgained Sold
transferred and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
