To Hold the Same above described land with the appur
tenances thereunto belonging unto the Said party of the Second
part and to his heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever as their
absolute property and that the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and Assigns shall peaceably enjoy the above
described land against all persons lawfully Claiming
by through or under him the Said party of the first part

Cash in hand paid by C.A. Holder of said State and County
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto her the said C.A. Holder all
that Certain peice parcel or tract of land Situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
