 Sumpter County } This Indenture Made and Entered into
                  this the twenty first day of April Eight
=een hundred and Eighty one Between Mrs Mary V. Green of the
City of Americus in the County of Sumpter & State of Georgia
(a widow) of the first part & Mrs Fannie C. Young of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the Second
part Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of one Hundred
and Twenty five Dollars to her in hand paid the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
Sold and Conveyed and by these presents doth grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said party of the Second
part All that Certain tract peice or parcel of land
lying and being Situate in the State of Florida County of Alachua
and Town of Gainesville particularly described as follows
to wit Beginning at a point Fourteen feet South of the
South East Corner of A.J. Tinsleys lot and running thence
North Eighty five (85) Degrees west one hundred and fifty
Seven (157) feet and three (3) inches thence South five (5) Degrees
west Eighty and a half (80 1/2) feet: thence South Eighty five
(85°) Degrees west: one Hundred and fifty Seven (157) feet and
three (3) inches - thence North five (5°) East Eighty
and one half (80 1/2) feet to the point of beginning To Have
and to Hold unto the Said party of the Second part her heirs
executors Administrators and assigns forever in fee Simple
Absolute Togather with all the rights privaledges & appur
tenances thereto belonging or in Anywise Appertaining
and the Said party of the first part does hereby Covenant
and agree with the Said party of the Second part
that She is Seized of and has good right and Sufficient
title to Convey the said premises that the Same are
entirely free from all encumbrances and that She will forever
Warrant and defend the title of the Said property in and to Said
party of the Second part her heirs Executors Adminis
trators and assigns against all and Every person or persons
Whomsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claim the Same
In testimony Whereof the Said party of the Second
part hath hereunto Set her hand and affixed her seal
the day and Year above written
