                    "Deed"
 Know all Men by these presents that I Wilbur Lassiter
of Gainesville Alachua County Florida for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred Dollars
to us in hand paid by Harriet Stewart of Said
County and State, the receipt Whereof is hereby Acknowledged
have granted bargained Sold and quit claimed & Conveyed
unto & by these presents and by these presents doth grant
bargain Sell quit claim & Convey unto the said Harriet
Stewart & her heirs and Assigns forever All My right
title & interest in and to the following described bond
& premises lying and being in the County and State aforesaid
& particularly Known and described as follows to wit:
Lot No 4 From in the Thos Napier Grant (which
Grant is in T10 S Range 19 & 20 E) as subdivided
into lots the Map & Plats of which appear upon
record in deed Book "I" page 591 of the
Public Records of Alachua County State of Florida
reference thereto being had will More fully appear
Togather With all and Singular the tenements here-
ditaments and Appurtenances to the Same Belonging =
