granted bargained and Sold and by these presents doth
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said Hector
Mangum and Edward Edwards all their right title and
interest in and to a Certain tract or parcel of land
described as follows, the North west quarter of the
South west quarter of Section Ten Township
Eight Range Eighteen South & East With all
the Appurtenances thereto and we the Said Henry
Bradford and Kate A. Bradford for ourselves our
heirs Executors and administrators Will forever Warrant
and defend Said title unto the Said Hector Mangum
and Edward Edwards their heirs Executors ad
ministrators and assigns against all persons

=prehension or fear of or from My said husband
