                         "Deed"
  This Indenture Made the Twelfth day of November in the Year
of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty one between
Philip P.B.H. Dudley and his wife Fannie Dudley of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and Joannah
Kirby of the Same County and State of the Second part
Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar lawful Money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the Said party of the Second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained Sold
aliened remised released Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
presents grant bargain Sell Alien remise release Convey and
Confirm with the Said party of the Second part and her heirs
and Assigns forever all that Certain tract or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida described as follows: The East Half of the North
East quarter of Section Twenty nine the South East quarter
of the South East quarter of Section Twenty The South
half of the South west quarter of Section Twenty one, All
in Township Eleven Range Eighteen Containing Two hundred
Acres More or less Togather with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in Any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
Estate right title interest dower and right of Dower Separate
Estate property possession Claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity of the Said part of the first part
