  State of Florida }
  Nassau County    } Francis B. Papy representing Mrs
                   } Fannie S. Papy Alexander Gallni and
James D. Westcott after purchase at public Sale
under Judicial process the land herein after des
Cribed Now holds them in trust for the persons Named
and to Convey to the their several interests in Said
land he executes deeds of Conveyance to that End
This deed is between him as party of the first part 
and James D. Westcott as party of the Second
part and Mary A. Papy the Wife of Francis Papy
executes the deed for the purpose of relinquishing
Any interest She May have in the lands Named and it
Witnesseth that the party of the first part in Con
Sideration of the Sum of Five Dollars to him in
hand paid Sells grants and Conveys the Said party
of the Second part the following described land Viz
Two Hundred and Two and one half Acres of land part and parcel
of a tract of Six hundred and Twenty Acres of land des
cribed as follows a portion of which tract lies in the
County of Columbia and a part in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida Viz the East half of the
South west quarter of section Twenty Nine the South
half and the North East Quarter and the South East
quarter of the North East Quarter and the South half
of the North East quarter of the North west quarter
of Section Thirty Two All in Township Seven South
Range Seventeen South and East: Containing by Estimate
Six hundred and Twenty Acres the land Conveyed by this
deed in An undivided interest in this tract Equal to Two
Hundred and Two and one half acres. To Have and To Hold the
above described lands and interest therein to the Said
party of the Second part his heirs and Assigns forever
in fee Simple = In Testimony We the Said
