County of Alachua } This Indenture Made and entered into
} this 25th day of January AD 1879
Between Allen Nelson and Daisy Nelson his wife parties of the
first part and Frederick Wright is party of the Second part
Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hun
-dred Dollars to the parties of the first part in hand paid
by the party of the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged the party of the first part hath barrgained
has barrgained and Sold and does hereby Convey to the party of the
Second part all that Certain parcel or tract of land
Commencing at a stake North and Joining Hampton Peterson
and running thence North Two Acres to the Corner of Harry Jones
Land and bound on the North by said lands and Containing a
plat of ten acres More or less To Have and To Hold the
above granted and described lands and every part and parcel
of the Same to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the
Said party of the second part his heirs Executors and Assigns
in fee Simple for ever and the said parties of the first part
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said party of
the Second part that they are Seized in fee of the
above described and Mentioned land and that they have
a good right to Convey the Same that they will
and their heirs Executors and Administrators Shall Warrant
and defend the same against all Claims whatsoever In
