paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged the said
parties of the first part have given granted bargained
Sold and delivered and by these presents do so bargain
Sell give grant & Convey to the party of the Second part
the following described Town lots or parcel of land
To wit lot No One of Township Three and Range Three and
lot No one of Township Four and Range Three Containing two
acres More or less the same being described according to
Survey of Joel B. Smith & Situated in the Vallage of Micanopy
& County and State aforesaid To Have and To Hold the above
Mentioned and described parcels of land or Town lots unto the
said party of the Second part his heirs Executors or
administrators and assigns in fee Simple forever Togather
with All and Singular the houses buildings improvements and
appurtenances to the Same belonging or in Anywise Apper-
=taining. And the said parties of the first part Covenant and
agree with the Said party of the Second part that they
are Seized in fee of the premises aforesaid: that they are
free from all encumbrances and that they have good right
to sell and Convey the Same to the party of the Second part
and that they will Warrant and defend the title to the Same
against themselves and all persons Claiming or to Claim
the same through them In Witness Whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and
affixed their seals on the day and Year above written
