   Putnam County   } Know all Men by these presents
                    that I Henry Harroll and Margaret
Harrell his wife of the aforesaid County and State for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dollars to them
in hand paid by Benjamin Rush of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby Acknowledge have granted bargained Sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do grant barrgain Sell
and Convey unto him the Said Benjamin Rush all of
that Certain lot peice tract or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit Being a fractional part of Section (16) Sixteen
in Township Ten (10) S of Range (19) Nineteen East
Beginning at a point Five (5) Chains South of the
North West Corner of the South West quarter of Section
Sixteen in Township Ten (10) South Range (19) Nineteen East
thence running South (5) five Chains to a stake Thence
East Forty (40) Chains to a stake, thence North Five
(5) Chains to a stake thence west forty (40) Chains
to the point of beginning lying and being in Section
Sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10) South Range (19) Nineteen
East Containing by Estimation Twenty (20) acres of land
More or less. Togather with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in
Anywise Appertaining. To Have and To Hold the Same unto him
the Said Benjamin Rush and to his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple and Absolute and We the Said Henry Harroll
and Margaret Haroll his wife do hereby Covenant and agree to and
with the said Benjamin Rush that we are lawfully Seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and Convey the Same
that the Same is free from all encumbrances of any
Kind Whatsoever and that we will and our heirs Executors
and administrators Shall and will forever Warrant and Defend
the Same unto him the Said Benjamin Rush and to his
heirs Executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons Whomsoever Now
Claiming or hereafter to Claim the Same  In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our Seal on
this 20th day of December AD 1881         his
