barrgain sell transfer and Convey unto the said party of
the Second part and his his heirs and assigns forever all that
Certain lot tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in
the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and
Known and described on the public records of said State
as follows Commencing at a post four Chains East
of the North west Corner of the North East qr of South
west qr of Section thirteen Township Eight Range
Twenty one East and running East to a post Two Chains
Thence South to a post seven and one half Chains thence
west two Chains to a post thence North to the place
of Starting Seven and one half Chains Containing Two Acres
More or less the said described lot being in a part
of the North East qr of the South west qr of Section
thirteen Township Eight and Range Twenty one.
Togather with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and Appurtenances thereto belonging and also All the Estate right
title interest dower and right of Dower property Claim

of the Said party of the first part of in and to the Same

described premises with the appurtenances thereto belonging
unto the Said party of the second part and his heirs

forever and the Said George A. Butler for his heirs and
assigns do hereby Covenant and agree that he is 
lawfully Seized of the above described premises
by deed from the Florida Land and Immigration Company
bearing date and that he has Conveyed the same free and
discharged free from all encumbrances and leins of every
nature and description Created by him and the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns Shall quietly
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully Claiming
by through or under the said party of the first
