appeared Geo A. Butler and Alice Butler his wife on this
Eleventh of March AD 1879 who Severally acknowledged that
they Executed the foregoing deed and I further Certify that
the Said Alice Butler being at the time Separate and
apart from her Said husband did acknowledge under her
hand and Seal that She executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance
to Joseph Thomas and that she Joined in the said deed for the
purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all Dower and right of
dower in and to the premises described therein and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was and is Made fully
and Volluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint Apprehension
or fear of or from her husband the said George A. Butler

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
we Robert J. Camp John S. Camp
Benjamin F. Camp and his Wife Annie S. Camp of the aforesaid County
and State for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty Dollars in
hand paid by Sarah A. Ricker of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted Barrgained sold and Conveyed and by these presents do
grant barrgain sell and Convey unto her the said Sarah A.
Ricker all of that Certain lot peice tract or parcel of land
Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit lot
No 4, four in Block No 2 Two Located in Campville Contain
ing one Acre More or less: The said Sarah A. Ricker binds
herself and her heirs administrators Executors and Assigns not to
Keep or allow any persons or person to Keep intoxicating
liquor of any kind on said lot for sale of the Said Sarah
A. Ricker her heirs executors administrators or assigns failing
to Comply with this obligation renders this deed Null and Void
and the Said lot reverts to the parties of the first part or their
heirs Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in Anywise Appertaining
To Have and To Hold the Same unto her the said Sarrah A. Ricker
