and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
Simple and Absolute and we the said Robert J. Camp John S. Camp
Benjamin F. Camp and his wife Annie S. Camp do hereby Covenant
and agree to and with the Said Sarah A. Ricker that we are
lawfully Seized of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and Convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that we will and our heirs Executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the Same unto her the said
Sarah A. Ricker and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful Claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever Now Claiming or hereafter to Claim the Same  In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals

appeared Mrs Annie S. Camp wife of Benjamin F. Camp one
of the grantors in the foregoing Conveyance who being
first duly questioned and Examined by Me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before that she did sign the said deed of Conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and Renouncing all
of her right of Dower in And to the land in Said deed
described and that Said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
was done and Made by her freely and Voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint Apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
