  State of Florida }
   Alachua County  } Know all Men by these presents that
                    We Benjamin F. Millard and his wife
Catarin A. Millard of the aforesaid County and State for
and in Consideration of the sum of three Hundred Dollars
to us Cash in hand on this day paid by Joseph H. Avera
of said State and County the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained Sold and Conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto
him the said Joseph H. Avera all that Certain lot peice
or parcel of land Situated lying and being in Alachua
County State of Florida particularly described as
follows to wit Commencing at a Stake on the Northern
boundary line of Section Eighteen (18) in Township
Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East which
Stake on point of Commencing is Situated Twenty
four (24) Chains and Eighty four (84) links East of the
North West Corner of Said Section Eighteen (18)
thence from said Stake run west along said Northern
boundary line of said Section Eighteen (18) Five
Hundred and Thirty Six (536) feet thence South Twelve
Hundred and Forty Eight Feet (1248) thence North
Eighty four and one quarter degrees (84 1/4) East Five
Hundred and Forty (540) feet thence North Eleven Hundred
and Ninety Seven (1197) feet to the place of beginning
Containing fifteen (15) Acres of land More or less
Togather with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and Appurtenances to the Same belonging or in Any
wise appertaining To Have and To Hold the Same unto
him the said Joseph H. Avera and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute
forever  In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set
our hands and Affixed our Seals on this 16th day of
December AD 1879
