Township Ten (10) Range Twenty thence running North fifteen
hundred (1500) feet along Section line to a Stake (30) feet
from the Center of the A.G. & W.I.T. Cos R.R. track thence in an
easterly direction on a line parallel with Said Center line
three hundred and Sixty two (362) feet to a Stake (30) feet from said Center
line thence due South Sixteen hundred and fifty (1650) feet
to a Stake on South boundary line of said Section Seven
T10 R20 thence west along said south boundary line three
Hundred and thirty (330) feet to the place of beginning the Same
lying and being in said Section (7) T(10) R(20) Containing by
Estimation 12 acres of land More or less Togather with
all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same belonging or in Anywise Appertaining To have
and To Hold the same unto him the said W.C. Sanderlin
and to his executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
and Absolute and we the said Catharine A. Millard and B.F. Millard
her husband do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said
W.C. Sanderlin that we are lawfully Seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we have good
and lawful right to Sell and Convey the Same that the Same
is free from all encumbrances of any Kind What
Soever and that we will and our heirs Executors and adminis
trators Shall and will forever Warrant and defend the Same
unto him the said W.C. Sanderlin and to his heirs Exec
utors administrators and assigns against the lawful
Claims and demands of any and all persons Whomsoever
Now Claiming or hereafter to claim the Same - In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals

all of her Separate Estate in and to the land in said deed
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Separate Estate was done and Made by her freely and Voluntarily
and without Any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear or from
