  State of Florida }
   Alachua County  } Know all Men by these presents
                    that we B.F. Millard and C.A. Millard
in our own right and Sole heirs at Law of their Son T.H. Millard
deceased of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration
of the Sum of one Thousand Dollars to us in hand paid
by W.C. Sanderlin of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto him the
Said W.C. Sanderlin All of that Certain lot peice tract
or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit Commencing at the
North west Corner of Section Eighteen (18) Township Ten
(10) Range Twenty (20) Arredondo Grant thence run South Thirteen
Hundred and Seventy three and on third feet (1373 1/3) to the South
west Corner of said Section (18) T10 R21, thence North 84 1/2°
East Nine Hundred and thirty two feet 932 feet to the west boundary
line of D.I. Reavis land, thence North twelve hundred and Sixty
seven (1267) feet to the Northern boundary line of said Section
No (18) T10 R(20) thence west Nine hundred and thirty two (932)
feet to the North west Corner of said Section the point of
beginning the Same lying and being in Section (18) T(10) R(20)
Containing by Estimation Twenty Eight acres of land More
or less - Togather with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in Any-
-wise appertaining To Have and to hold the Same unto him the
said W.C. Sanderlin and to his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple and absolute and We the said B.F. Millard
and C.A. Millard do hereby Covenant and and agree to and with
the said W.C. Sanderlin that we are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and Convey the Same that the Same is free from all
incumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs
Executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the Same unto him the said W.C. Sanderlin and to his heirs executors
administrators and Assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever Now claiming or hereafter to
Claim the Same  In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and Affixed our Seals on this 28th day of December AD 1881
