granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and by these
presets do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto him
the Said Peter W.N. King all of that Certain lot
peice tract or parcel of land Situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit North East quarter of the South West quarter
of Section ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) South
of Range Twenty Two (22) East Containing by
Estimation Forty (40) acres of land More or less
Togather with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To Hold the Same unto him the Said
Peter W.N. King and to his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute: and I the
Said Solomon F. Halliday attorney for L.I. Fleming
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said
Peter W.N. King that I am lawfully Seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby Conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and
Convey the Same that the Same is free from all
encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that I
will and my heirs Executors and administrators Shall
and will forever warrant and defend the Same unto him
the said Peter W.N. King and to his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns against the lawfuls and demands
of Any and all persons Whomsoever Now Claiming or hereafter
to Claim the Same In Witness Where I have hereunto set
My hand and Affixed My seal on this 29th day of December
