                      Deed
This Indenture made the twenty ninth day of December one thousand
eight hundred and eighty one between James Bush of the town of
Palatka County of Putnam and State of Florida Trustee of the first part
and Wm L. Calhoun of town County and State aforesaid of the Second
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of
the sum of one Dollar to him duly paid has bargained and sold and
by these presents does grant bargain sell and convey to the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain
tract of land bequeathed to the said party of the first part in the
last will and Testament of Helen K. Putnam deceased late of
Palatka Putnam County Florida in trust for the said party of
the second part said trust being Situated in Paynes Prairie adjoining
land now or formerly owned by Edward Hale on the South within the
"Arredondo Grant" and known as section thirty one (31) Township
Ten (10) South of Range twenty (20) East: containing four Hundred and
Seventy Seven (477) Acres more or less. The Intention of this deed is to
cure an error made by the party of the first part in a deed
executed the 18th day of January AD 1879 to the party of the
second part and recorded May 22nd AD 1880 on pages 644 & 645 in Book L
the records of Alachua County Florida said deed having improperly
