for said County this day personally appeared J.D. Whitcomb M.L. Whitcomb and
S.M. Whitcomb to said Clerk personally known as the persons whose names
appear as grantors in the foregoing deed of conveyance and acknowledged
each of them that he and she had executed said deed for the purposes

Muggah wife of J.P. Muggah to me well and personally known and
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband did say and acknowledge before me that she
did sign seal execute and deliver the above and foregoing deed of Conveyance
for the purpose of conveying absolutely all of her separate Estate interest title
and right in and to the lands in said deed described as an heir at law
of her Father Cornelius S. Whitcomb decd and that she did the same freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.
