          Amy L. and Daniel S. Place to Crosby Brothers
                                "Deed"
This Indenture made this Fourteenth day of July in the Year one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty one between Amy L. Place and
Daniel S. Place of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Crosby Brothers of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the Second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part, in consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to them
in hand paid by the said parties of the Second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell, alien, remise release convey and confirm, unto the said
parties of the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever the
following described lands to wit: Lots one (1) and Fourteen (14) Places
addition to Waldo _ Being in County of Alachua and State of Florida
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower property
