thirty Six in Township Seven South of Range twenty East in 
the District of lands subject to sale at Gainesville Florida,
containing forty acres and four hundredths of an acre according to 
the official Plat of the survey of the said Land returned to the General 
Land Office by the Surveyor General: Now Know Ye, That there is 
therefore granted by the United States unto the said Thomas Webb the 
tract of Land above described: To have and to hold the said tract of 
Land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said Thomas Webb and to 
his heirs and assigns forever
In testimony whereof I Ulysses S. Grant President of the United States of 
America have caused these letters to be made Patent and the Seal of the 
General Land office to be hereunto affixed

This Indenture made the 14th day of November Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and
Seventy nine Between Thomas Webb of County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and Albert H. Poole of County of Alachua and the
State of Florida party of the second part; Witnesseth: That the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of Three Hundred and fifty ($350) Dollars to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained Sold transferred and do
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part and his hers and assigns forever all that
certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the _ of _ County
of Alachua and the State of Florida and known and described on the
public records of Said State as the South East quarter of the South
West quarter of Section Thirty Six in Township Seven South of Range
