property in fee simple forever and the said Thomas Webb for
himself his heirs and assigns doth covenant and agree that he is
lawfully seized of the above described premises by Homestead Certificate No
408 from U.S. bearing date July 1st AD 1875 and that he has conveyed the same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by him; and the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming by through or under him
the said party of the first part. In testimony Whereof the said party of
the first part hath hereunto affixed his hand and seal this the day

County of Alachua } Be it known, That before me Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace
personally appeared Thomas Webb and Miley Webb his wife on this fourteenth of November
AD 1879 who severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed; And I
further certify that the said Milly Webb being at the time separate and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge under her hand and Seal that she executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance to Albert H. Poole and that she Joined in the said deed
for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all dower or right of dower in and
to the premises described therein and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of dower was and is made fully and voluntarily, and without any compulsion
or constraint, apprehension, or fear of or from her husband the said Thomas
Webb. Witness my hand and seal, this Fourteenth day of November 1879

 No 790                          "Deed"
   This Indenture, made and entered into on this the twenty fourth day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty, Between The
Florida Land and Immigration Company a body Corporate under the laws of the
State of Florida party of the first part and Thomas Webb of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to it in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted
aliened, bargained, sold, transferred conveyed and confirmed and does by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the Second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of Land situate lying
