This Indenture, made the 22d day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy nine Between Samuel A. Swann of the City of
Fernandina of the County of Nassau and State of Florida of the first part, and
Willard C. Bruson of the City of Chicago of the County of Cook and State of
Illinois of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred Fifty Seven & 60/100 Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold, Aliened
