"Deed"
This Indenture Witnesseth, that the Grantor Willard C. Bruson of the City
of Chicago in the County of Cook and State of Illinois for and in consideration
of the sum of ($270) Two hundred and Seventy Dollars in hand paid,
Conveys and Warrants to Buell M. Renyon of the town of Batavia County of
Rane and State of Illinois the following described real estate to wit Lots
One, Two, Three North half of lot Four and the North half of the North East
quarter of Section Nineteen in Township Eight South of Range twenty two
East Containing Two hundred fifty Seven & 60/100 acres (Lots 1,2,3, N1/2 of 4 &
N1/2 of NE1/4 Sec 19, T8, S R22 E) Situated in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of this State and of
the State of Florida Dated this third day of June AD 1880
