 James Brown and Wife to Starling Hunt and Thomas Rollins Trustees
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the Sixth day of January AD One
Alachua County   } thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty two between
James Brown his wife Iabella Brown of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, Parties of the first part and Starling Hunt, Thomas Rollins
Trustees of the St Peters Baptist Church of the same County and State
parties of the second part, Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of two Dollars ($200) to them
in hand paid by the said parties of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath given granted, aliened, remised bargained
sold transfered and do by these presents give grant alien barargain 
sell transfer and convey unto the said parties of the second part and
to their successors as Trustees for the St Peters Baptist Church all that
certain parcel of land commencing at the East corner of the North East
quarter of the North East quarter of Section Thirty two in Township Ten
South of Range Eighteen East in the District of lands subject to
sale at Gainesville Alachua County Florida parcel of land meas=
uring one hundred and fifty feet West thence one hundred and fifty
feet North thence one hundred and fifty feet east thence one hundred
and fifty feet South comprising in all one half acre Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging and also all the Estate right title interest property claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said Parties of the second part and to their successors
as Trustees for the St Peters Baptist Church as their absolute property
in fee simple forever. In Testimony Whereof the Parties of the first
part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the
year and day above written
