Florida known and described as follows near the NE Corner of SE1/4 NW1/4
                         two
of Sec 1 T8 Range 18 East ^ 2) acres. To have and to hold the above
granted bargained and described premises with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the said Caroline Berryann her heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And the Said S.S. Fagan and
Agness A. Fagan his wife for themselves and for their heirs executors and
administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said
Caroline Berryann that they will and their heirs executors administrators and
assigns shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above described
premises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same

that she renounced and relinquished all her dower and right of dower
in and to the lands described in the foregoing deed of Conveyance and
that she did the same freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.  In Witness Whereof
