          Charles F. Bailey to Phidellia Geddings
                            Deed
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this 22nd day of December
Alachua County   } AD 1881, between Charles F. Bailey of the County of Throckmorton
in State of Texas (Acting through and by James D. Matheson and James T. Mc
Millan his Attorneys in fact) of the first part and Phidellia Geddings of County
County of Alachua in the State of Florida of the Second part, Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred Dollars the receipt whereof us hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth drant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part all that certain lot
    piece
tract^or parcel of land lying and being situate in the State of Florida and
County of Alachua and particularly designated and described as Lot number
Nine (9) in the South half of Section Thirty two (32) Township Nine (9) South
Range Twenty (20) East as Shown by a Map of said half section drawn
by Wm C. Miller and recorded in Deed Book "K" at page 203 of the public
Records of Alachua County Florida said lot being 600 feet North & South by 630
feet East & West To Have and To Hold unto the said party of the second
part her heirs executors Administrators and assigns forever in fee Simple
absolute. Together with all the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. And the said party of the first
part does hereby Covenant and agree with the said party of the second
part that at the time of the making and delivery of these presents he
is the lawful owner of the said property that he has good right and
sufficient title to convey the same; that the said premises are entirely
free from any and all incumbrances of whatsoever nature or kind And
the said party of the first part doth by these presents warrant and agree
to forever defend the title of the said property in and to the said party of
the second part and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against
all and every person or persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same; In testimony whereof the said party of the part by his
Attorneys in fact) hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the
day and year first above written

State of Florida } Before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally
Alachua County   } came John E. King who being duly sworn says that he saw Jas D. Matheson and
Jas T. McMillan as Attorneys in fact of Charles F. Bailey sign seal and deliver the foregoing deed of
conveyance for the uses and purposes therein set forth, and that he and Phillip Miller in the presence
of each other signed the same as Subscribing witnesses thereto
