Henry McIntyre and Wife to The Florida Southern Railway Company
                             "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Henry McIntyre
Alachua County   } and his wife Henrietta W. McIntyre of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to
us cash in hand paid by the Florida Southern Railway Company the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Florida Southern Railway
Company all of that Certain lot block piece or parcel of land Situated lying
and being in the Northern suburbs of the Town of Gainesville in Alachua
County State of Florida particularly described as follows to wit: Commencing
at a Stake thirty three (33) feet West from the South West corner of the lot
now occupied by Johnson Chestnut thence West Four hundred and Eighteen
(418) feet thence North Two hundred and nine (209) feet, thence East Four
hundred and Eighteen (418) feet thence South Two hundred and nine (209) feet
to the place of Commencement Containing Two (2) Acres more or less = Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold
the same unto the said Corporation the Florida Southern Railway
Company and to its successors and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on this 4th day of January AD 1882

of January AD 1882 before me in person appeared Mrs Henrietta
W. McIntyre wife of Henry McIntyre who being first duly questioned
and examined by me Separate and apart from her said Husband
did say and acknowledge before me that she did sign seal execute
and deliver the foregoing deed for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to
the lot of land in said deed described and that she did the
same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
