This Conveyance made and entered into on this Twenty fourth day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
one between John McRae of the City of Wilmington, State of North Carolina
surviving Trustee duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company
of Nassau and State of Florida party of the Second part Witnesseth: that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen
thousand Eight hundred dollars paid in five 2d mortgage 8 per cent bonds of $1,00000
each (numbered 1354 to 1358 inclusive) with $8,80000 of past due coupons attached
being from March 1st 1860 to September 1st 1881 both inclusive issued by the Florida
Railroad Company March 1st 1856 and the further payment of Two hundred and
fifty Dollars in United States Currency to him in hand paid by the said part of
the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred and doth by these presents give grant aliene
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever all those certain parcels or tracts of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida and more particularly
known and described on the public records and maps of said State as the
whole of section twenty one containing Six hundred and fifty acres; And the West
half of North West quarter. The West half of the South East quarter and the West
half of Section Twenty Three, containing Four hundred Seventy Eight and 85/100 acres.
and the North half of Section Twenty Seven containing three hundred and twenty
two acres, all in Township Ten (10) South of Range Fifteen (15) East. Also in the
County of Levy and State aforesaid the South West quarter of Section
Twenty seven containing Two hundred Eighty one and 75/100 acres, and the whole of
