North half of the North East quarter, the West half of the North West quarter, the North East
quarter of the South East quarter the South half of the South East quarter the North West quarter
of the south west quarter and the South half of the South West quarter of section Thirty
five containing four hundred and fourteen and 75/100 acres all in said Township
Ten South (10) of Range Fifteen (15) East Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; also all the estate right title interest
property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold
the above described premises together with all and singular the rights and privileges
immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto the said party of the second part and his heirs executors administrea=
tors and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple forever And the said party
of the first part for him self and successors as trustees as aforesaid and for the said
Florida Rail Road company and for all others claiming by through or under him or
them doth covenant and agree that he is seized as Trustee of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises and that he has good right to convey the same as he
has conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of
any and every nature created by himself or his Co Trustee James T. Soutter now deceased
and that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming under him as Trustee aforesaid. And that he and his successor
or successors will at any and at all times make such further covenants conveyances
and assurances at the expense of the said party of the second part as he the said
party of the second part his heirs or assigns or counsel learned in law may require
