with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the second part and
her heirs administrators and assigns as her absolute property in fee simple
forever And the said S.M. Darden for her self and assigns and for all others
claiming by through or in anywise appertaining to the same do covenant and
agree that at the time of the execution and delivering of these presents that they
were seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the within described
premises and have good right to sell and convey the same free and discharged from
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description and that the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
and may at all times hereafter have use occupy possess and enjoy the within
described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming same and
that she will at any and all times make such further covenants and
assurances at the expense of the party of the second part as her heirs

"Deed"
This Indenture made the 24th day of May Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred
and Eighty Between Amy L. Place and Daniel S. Place of Waldo County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and Henry N. Pettit of County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of one hundred
and twenty five Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted
aliened bargained, sold, transferred and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain Tract or Parcel of Land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and the State
of Florida and known and described on the public records of said State as
the North East quarter of the South West quarter of Section Thirty four
