piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Commencing at the Stake in the South West corner of Lot numbered two
(2) of the South half of section Thirty two (32) Township nine (9) South Range
Twenty (20) East as the same appears on a map or Platt of the said South
half of said section Thirty two (32) Township nine (9) Range Twenty (20)
made by W.C. Miller Civil Engineer and Surveyor which said map or
Platt is duly recorded in Deed Book "K" at page 203 of the Public Records
of said Alachua County and running two hundred and ninety five feet
East thence two hundred and ninety five feet North thence two hundred and
ninety five feet West thence two hundred and ninety five feet South back
to the place of beginning containing by estimation two acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Elizabeth Brown and
to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever And I, the said O.B. Bailey do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Elizabeth Brown that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that I have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will warrant and defend the
same unto her the said Elizabeth Brown and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
affixed my seal on this 12th day of December AD 1881
