   Albert E. Acee and Wife To Fielding L. Selden
                          "Deed"
State of Florida  } This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of December
County of Alachua } AD 1881 between Albert E. Acee and Anna P. Acee are parties
of the first part and Fielding L. Selden is party of the second part. Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand one Hundred and
Fifty Dollars to the said parties of the first in hand paid by the party
of the second part as follows the sum of Two Thousand Dollars down and
Three Thousand One Hundred and fifty Dollars in Twelve months from
the date of first payment the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the
parties of the first part and in consideration of which the said parties
of the first part hath Bargained and sold and doth hereby convey
unto the said party of the second part all those certain tracts or parcels of
land known and described in a map or platt of the Leitner Lands in
Alachua County as made by William C. Miller and known as lots number
Fifty one (51) forty seven (47) Forty eight (48) Thirty three (33) and the North
fractional part of lot no Fifty four (54) lying north of what is particularly
called "Saw Grass Pond" and "Wauburg Lake" each of said lots containing Fourty
(40) acres of land more or less except said lot no Fifty four (54) from
which about Ten (10) acres has heretofore been conveyed by Me  ss
Matheson and McMillan as Trustees to one James B. Brown
laying South of said "Saw Grass Pond" all of said lots of land
being a part of what is commonly known as the "Leitner Place" situated
lying and being in Alachua County in the State of Florida in
what is designated in maps or platts of the "Arredondo Grant" made
by David H. Burr and Henry Washington lots or Section No nine (9)
of the Moses E. Levy Grant and containing one Hundred and Ninety
acres (190) more or less to have and to hold the above described
and granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with all
the rights instruments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and
behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs or assines
in fee simple forever and the said parties of the first part do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the
second part that they will their heirs and executors shall
warrant and defend the title to the said party of the second part
against all claims or demands whatsoever In testimony whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals in the presence of
