Wife of Albert E. Acee who upon a separate examination declare that she
Joined in the execution and delivery of the foregoing indenture for the purpose
of relinquishing all her claims or right of dower or other interest therein fully
freely of her own accord without constraint fear or apprehension of or from
her Said husband in testimony whereof she has hereunto set her hand and
affixed her seal on this 30th day of December AD 1881

edged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned and the said Anna P. Acee on a private
examination by me separate and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that the said instrument was made freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Elise W. Haile
Alachua County   } and Charles E. Haile her husband of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to me
the said Elise W. Haile cash in hand paid and the further sum of Four
Hundred and forty two 83/100 Dollars to me the said Elise W. Haile well secured
to be paid by John S. Ramsey of said State and County have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said John S. Ramsey the following described
real estate to wit: all that certain lot piece or parcel of land
lying being and situated in the Eastern portion of the Town
of Gainesville in section Four (4) of Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty (20) East of the Arredondo Grant particularly described
