convey by said Dickerson To Fla Land and Imi Co by Deed bearing date Jany 8th 1870
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits, thereof and also all the estate
right title interest separate estate dower and right of dower property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said party of
the first part of in and to the above described premises and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold, all and singular the above
mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said party
of the first part has caused its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and
these presents to be subscribed by its President and Resident Manager the

"Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I Saml B. Thompson of Columbia
County State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Nicolis Berry of Alachua
County and State of Florida the reciet of which is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargain and sold and deliver and ath grante bargain sell
convey and confirm unto Nickles Berry a certain piece or parcel of
land lying and being situated in Alachua County aforesaid as
follows viz The South East quarter of the North East quarter section
Twenty Six (26) in Township Seven (7) Range nineteen (19) South & East as
described in the United States Survey containing Forty (40) acres more or less.
To Have and to hold the same unto the said Nicoles Berry and to his
own use and benefit forever. Together with all the hereditaments and
appurtenances Thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and I the
said Samuel B. Thompson for myself my heirs executors and administrators
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Nicoles Berry his heirs
and assignes That I was at the time I was The owner of the said described
premises That I was seized of a good and lawful estate of inheritance
therein and had full power and right to sell the same in fee simple
absolute and I the Samuel B. Thompson will by these presents warrant
