of Florida in New York residing in said City of New York personally
appeared Albert M. DaCosta to me known to be the person described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged the
execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and purposes

Moses Freyermuth to John Henry Carter

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we Moses
Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth his wife for and in consideration
of the natural love and affection which we have for John Henry
Carter who is the Grand son of Moses Freyermuth (he being the only living
child of the said Lethia Ann Carter) have given granted bargained
and sold unto him the said John Carter the following described
piece parcel or tract of land to wit: Lot Five (5) of Lot Eleven (11)
of the Moses E. Levy Grant the same being Situated in the South
West Quarter of said Lot Eleven (11) as is shown by a map or platt
of the same made by James Croxton CE which map is duly recorded
in Deed Book "N" at Page (916) reference being made to the same
will fully show containing by estimation six Three (63) acres more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging, To have and to hold the
same unto him the said John Carter his heirs and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto
Set our hands and affixed our Seals on this the 19th day of
December AD 1882
