                   "Deed"
This Indenture made this fifteenth day of February 1882 between
John Maguire of Escambia County State of Florida of the first part
and John J. Maguire of Escambia County State of Florida of the
second part Witnesseth, That the party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell & convey unto the party of the second part his heirs
and assigns the following lot of land lying & being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida in Section four (4) Township ten
(10) Range (20) Twenty South and East and particularly known
designated & described as follows to wit Lot three (3) in Block
Two (2) Range four (4) Lot nine (9) in Block Three (3) Range Two (2)
and lots thirteen (13) and fourteen in Block four (4) Range one
(1) in Ropers addition to the Town of Gainesville as by map & plat 
of said Ropers addition to the Town of Gainesville of Record in
the clerk's office of Alachua County Florida reference there to
being had will more fully appear. To have and to Hold
the said property conveyed unto the party of the second part
his heirs & assigns forever, And the Said party of the first part for
himself & his heirs the above described & hereby granted & released premises
with the appurtenances unto the party of the second part his
heirs & assigns against the said party of the first part and his
heirs and against all and every person or persons whomsoever
