all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said James M.
Hawthorn his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever And the said Union F. Tillis for himself and for his heirs executors
administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with the said
James M. Hawthorn that he will and his heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises against all and every person whomsoever lawfully

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we Annie L.
Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband of the aforesaid county and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Sixteen hundred and fifty
dollars to us in hand paid by Richard Kettlewell of Memphis in the
State of Tennessee the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said Richard Kettlewell all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
